What is Hyper Personalisation?

Personalisation in a marketing sense is the practice of tailoring interactions to meet a customer’s specific needs, preferences or context in order to improve the ease and fluency of their brand experience, and thereby increase satisfaction with the brand. Hyper-personalisation – the ability to deliver automated personalisation at scale – is one of the advantages often claimed for digital channels.
